We are specialists in international trade development and brand support services based in Türkiye.
Our focus is on business development in cosmetics and beauty products. With 27 years of experience in the cosmetic industry, we advise small- and medium-sized businesses in Europe, the Middle East, and Turkey, who aim to operate in other economic areas.
Over 25 years, our founder, chemical engineer, and international brand development specialist Mr. Erdinç Çetinçelik has successfully accomplished a great number of international business development projects, trade shows, brand implementations, and product variety creations.
Our founder's message
"I was born on July 13, 1969, in Istanbul, Türkiye.
After graduating from Galatasaray High School (1988) and Yıldız Technical University Chemical Engineering (1993), I studied International Marketing at EPEIGE Paris. As of 2021, I am a Management Information Systems student at Istanbul University Faculty of AUZEF.
I managed international professional relations, training, artistic organizations, and all pre-sales activities as a senior manager in various departments and units in L'Oréal Turkey for 5 years and L'Oréal France for 8 years.
In Paris, I was the European Marketing and Training manager of SoftSheen.Carson, the ethnic cosmetics brand of L'Oréal.
I left L'Oréal in 2008 and founded an international commercial agency, Coifexport in Paris and provided consultancy and business development services to many cosmetics brands worldwide.
Returning to Turkey in 2010, I worked as a Marketing and Training manager for the Wella brands.
In 2017 and 2018 I managed Madame Coco's cosmetics brand Répertoire.
From 2013 to 2020 I managed my own company Academy Turkiye, the international professional training and development platform, and I have provided consultancy services to various international cosmetics companies.
From 2019 to 2020, I was responsible for Business Development at Modda Cosmetics, which is the largest company in the field of professional cosmetics in Northern Cyprus, and later I returned to Turkey as Morfose Professional Sales and Marketing Director. I used to be the Editor-in-Chief of KL Kuaför Life magazine and I implemented and managed the Cosmetics Operations of Glamira and Chakra.
I have deep experience in management and I provide training on professional consultancy services, branding, leadership, motivation, and teamwork. Concept, product, and brand creation, starting up and sustainable development of BtoB and BtoC sales channels, reporting, the establishment of business organograms, international business development and market research, management of export and import projects, human resources administration, trade fairs, shows, promotion, and launch organizations are among my specializations.
I speak French and English at a professional level and I can do spontaneous and simultaneous translations and presentations in these languages.
My favorite hobbies are motorcycles, billiards, reading development books, and writing poetry. I consider myself a citizen of the world, having been to more than 40 countries and having worked in at least half of them.
I am a pro-republic and free-expression person who is deeply and genuinely committed to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's principles and reforms, and Rumi's teachings and philosophy of life. I live in Istanbul. I am married and the father of 2 boys.
